"Be Refreshed" - A Seminar for Women

"Be Refreshed" is a seminar for women which includes a breakfast followed by an engaging presentation. It will be held at the Faith Community Church in Hopkinton on Thursday, February 14 and the speaker for the event is Kathy Bridge and the topic is Be Transparent: Influencing the Ones you Love:

Our loved ones are watching everything we do - the good, the bad and sometimes the ugly. Whether we want to be or not - we are an open book to those closest to us, especially our families. Rather than hang our heads in shame, we can learn to use transparency as a positive tool to help influence the ones we love.
