Game Highlights: Hopkinton 7, Westwood 14
The Hillers football team celebrated senior night, which recognizes the departing players' achievements on the team. However, after the ceremony, there was not much else to celebrate on the field as the Hillers lost to TVL rival Westwood 14-7. The game remained scoreless until the fourth quarter when Westwood scored a touchdown with 6:57 left in the game. The usually potent Hillers offense was stymied all night long. Quarterback Hank Rudden threw 3 interceptions, and star running back Nolan Cornu was held to just 39 yards, with no carries over 5 yards. The loss sets up the now 8-2 Hillers for a huge Thanksgiving Day showdown with Holliston, as that game's winner will capture the TVL title.
