Spilka Donates School Supplies to Project Just Because
State Senator Karen Spilka was at Project Just Because on September 10th to lend a helping hand to Massachusetts residents in need. With the start of school, many families cannot afford basic school supplies. Therefore, Senator Spilka teamed up with the Office Depot Foundation's 2012 National Backpack Program, in partnership with the National Foundation for Women Legislators, to donate sack packs and school supplies to Project Just Because.
Spilka greatly appreciates the devotion that Project Just Because founder Cherylann Lambert Walsh has put into making the organization accessible for families across the state. Watch the HCAM News video to hear more!
