Hopkinton is hosting a Pediatric Pfizer Covid Vaccine Clinic on Fri 11/19. Advance registration is required. See the attached PDF or link to google doc for more information.

WHAT:
The Hopkinton Health Department is offering Pfizer Booster Doses and High Dose Flu (65+) to those who are eligible. This clinic is open to the Town, but will be hosted at the Senior Center to better assist and target our seniors.
WHERE:
The clinic will be hosted at the Hopkinton Senior Center located at 28 Mayhew Street, Hopkinton, MA 01748
WHEN:
Thursday October 28th, 2021 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm
On September 27, 2021, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) announced that "as of October 15, 2021, if a school demonstrates a vaccination rate of 80 percent or more of all students and staff in the school through an attestation form submitted to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), then vaccinated individuals in that school would no longer be subject to the mask requirement.”
Hopkinton submitted the Attestation form on Friday, October 1, 2021. In response, Hopkinton High School has received the following approval from DESE:
