According to multiple sources in addition to housing a liquor store, the available Colella’s space has been leased to a CVS Pharmacy. The 22,000 sq ft Colella’s building was sold to Waltham based “Crosspoint Associates inc”. They purchased the property as Hopkinton CP. LLC back in March for $3.3 Million. More Details to come.
**Update** A representative of Colella’s confirmed that the liquor license will eventually be transferred to another business, part of the space will remain a liquor store.
