The Permanent Building Committee is seeking public input on municipal space needs and how Town owned properties, specifically Center School, Elmwood School, Town Hall and Fruit Street, can be used to address those needs. A more functional Town Hall, elimination of leased administrative space, more fields and gymnasium for Parks and Recreation, affordable housing and senior housing, downtown parking, a community center and more open space are just some of the needs identified by many to date. This is your chance to provide input on Community needs and to affect how Town properties can be used to meet ongoing and future needs. Please provide any comments or thoughts on Community needs you are aware of and how the Town could best address those needs using it’s existing properties.
