June 6th 2014 marked the 70th anniversary of the D-Day invasion and veterans at the senior center enjoyed breakfast while looking back at significant events, recalling Hopkinton veterans who played a part in D-Day and paying tribute to the heroes who risked their lives to rid the world of one of the most evil empires in history.
