On Saturday, October 27, from 1:00 – 1:30PM, Angel’s Garden Center is hosting a Halloween Dog Costume Contest. There will be prizes for the best small, medium and large dog and a grand prize for the best overall costume. Judging will be done by Cheryl Lamphsire, author of the Heart Hound Stories.
