View details below about the NGC Horticulture Specialty Flower Show on June 7th & 8th at Hopkinton Senior Center.

2024 marks 100 years of the Hopkinton Garden Club cultivating gardens and friendships. In celebration of this landmark anniversary, the Hopkinton Garden Club is hosting a National Garden Club Horticulture Specialty Show. It has been over 25 years since the HGC hosted a flower show so bringing it back for the 100th anniversary felt fitting.

Ruth Gorman, treasurer and member of the HGC, has been planning the horticulture show for a year now. Gorman is a NGC Master Flower Show judge so her experience has been invaluable in preparing the HGC members for the show.

Participating exhibitors will include HGC members, Hopkinton Girl Scouts, Seniors from the Hopkinton Senior Center and the Hopkinton Public Schools. In addition to horticulture exhibits, there will be exhibits about conservation groups in Hopkinton and Native Plants.

The Hopkinton Garden Club hopes the community will come and enjoy this free event held at the Hopkinton Senior Center on Friday, June 7th from 1-4pm and 10-am-3pm on Saturday, June 8th. There will be cut stems and potted plants beautifully displayed to be appreciated by all.
