in the large Event Room at the Hopkinton Public Library beginning with a social hour at 9:30. Following a business meeting at 11:00 Dr. Melissa Mahr of the Milford Regional Physician Group will present a program on Aging Well Over 50.

Please join us for a presentation by Dr. Melissa Mahr, from the Milford Regional Physician Group on Aging Well Over 50. Dr. Mahr is a Primary Care Provider and has spent the last 15 years caring for patients ages 18 – 100. Her presentation will include preventative health screenings, hormonal changes and menopause, bone and joint health, heart health, mental health, weight management and nutrition, and healthy living tips.
