Girl Scout Junior Troop 65040 invites the community to this free, inaugural event, which will be held on Friday April 1, beginning at 4:00 PM at St. John’s Parish Hall, 20 Church St.
To enter, bring an edible creation that relates to books or reading to St. John’s at 4:00 PM. Prizes and bragging rights will be awarded to the winner of each category: 1) Children, 2) Adult/Child Pair or Family, 3) Adult.
Winners will be announced shortly after 5:00pm. You don’t have to enter the event, just come to see the entries and vote!
The “Edible Book Fair” is part of Troop 65040’s Bronze Award project to promote reading and literacy.
