Members of the Post Prom Fundraising Committee Ask for Help:
On May 27, the Class of 2012 will host its Junior Prom. For the past 16 years, the parents of the Junior Class have sponsored a Post-Prom Party held in the school gym. This is designed to keep students safe after the prom. Each year this event has sent a positive message to our children about a drug and alcohol-free prom night. This is not a school sponsored event. It is solely run and paid for by the Junior Parents. We need your support to make this happen!
The Post-Prom Party will be open to all juniors, even if they do not attend the prom. Many activities will keep them busy from midnight to 5:00 a.m. There will be movies, games, and special surprises, along with plenty of food and soft drinks. They will also have a place to play
music, relax or even sleep. Adults (usually sophomore parents), will chaperone this celebration.
We desperately need your help. Funding for the post prom is through corporate and parent donations and the sale of tickets. Any additional money is then carried over for the senior week activities next year, as there is no further fundraising.
Due to a late start and the economy we are struggling to fund a safe, fun memorable night for our kids this year. This event is a huge hit with the kids and provides entertainment (a hypnotist, inflatables, bucking bronco—all from years past), food, movies, games, music and a magical transformation of the school halls, gym and café into another time and place.
We are asking for any monetary donation. If every junior parent donated only $25, it would make a huge impact. No donation is too small. Would you please consider a small donation for one of the biggest nights in your teenager’s life?

Thank you so much for your support. Without it this event could not take place.
