-Hopkinton defeats Wayland 20 to 19
Junior QB, Julian Rivard rushed for 2 Td's for the Hillers. (3 Yards, 1 Yard). Hillers overcame a 19-13 deficit in final 1 minute 14 seconds. Rivard connected with SR Wideout, Sam Pantera for a 50-yard touchdown to tie the game at 19 a piece. Sophomore, Jon Winslow gave the Hillers the 20-19 lead with a successful extra-point. On the following, final Wayland drive of the game, Senior Captain DL, Jason Girard came up with a key sack and Senior Captain, Charlie Petruney a key tackle. The Hillers took the game that went down to the very-last second.
