From Elaine Lazarus, Town Manager: Highlighting Online Documents & Information
If you haven’t been to the Town website in awhile, you might not have noticed that the following items are on the Town Manager & Select Board page:
Town Meeting Article Trackers - 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 Annual Town Meeting Article Tracker documents list the articles that were approved at Town Meeting and the status of each. The Town Manager’s office prepares these and posts them after each Town Meeting, and they are updated as new information becomes available.
Several Town Policies are posted, including the Financial Management Policies and the Fuel Efficient Vehicle Policy. These policies guide board and committee members and Town employees in their work.
Host Community Agreements (HCA) - Did you know the Town is a party to four Host Community Agreements? They are all available on the page. This includes the Legacy Farms HCA and an HCA with ATOZ Laboratories, a Marijuana Testing Laboratory on South Street.

Click on a meeting to see the agenda, which must be posted at least 48 hours in advance (not including weekends and holidays).
