Grafton – Barbara P. (Tomlin) Lombard, 80, of Grafton passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, August 17, 2024 while surrounded by family.
Barbara is survived by her two sons, Richard Rodriquez of Whitefield, ME and Robert Lombard of Grafton; a daughter, Maryann Lombard of Leominster; a brother. Paul Tomlin of Springfield, MA; two sisters, Peggy Hayes of Tucson, AZ and Agnes Torento of Milford, MA; three grandchildren, Katrina Rodriquez-Sandi, Schuyler Rodriquez and Rylynn Rodriquez and many nephews and nieces. Barbara was born in Milford, MA and is predeceased by a grandson, Derek Lambert and two brothers, Benjamin Tomlin and Clem Tomlin.
Barbara retired from Baystate Abrasives where she worked as a machine operator. She previously worked as a floor sales consultant at both Bradlees and Ames.
Barbara graduated from Hopkinton Jr.-Sr. High School in 1963. She earned a certificate in floral design from Rittners Floral Design School in Boston after graduation. She always enjoyed working with flowers and gardening. Barbara liked to crochet and knit as well as doing puzzles, but was the happiest when she was with her family.
Private funeral services are being directed by Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester.
