Pamela Kay Bogigian, 72

Pamela Kay Bogigian, 72, of Hopkinton, passed away at her home on Monday, December 20, 2021. Born in Akron, Ohio, she was the daughter of Kathleen (King) Mansfield MacLennan of Hopkinton and the late C. Richard Mansfield. She was the wife of 49 years to Vascen J. Bogigian of Hopkinton.

Pam graduated from Framinghamn State with a Bachelor’s degree, and earned her Master’s degrees from Kent State in Ohio and Lesley University in Cambridge. She was a kindergarten teacher in Milford for over 30 years. Children were her passion and she loved checking in on them later in life. Pam was an excellent chef and was always experimenting with something new in the kitchen. She was an avid quilter and took pleasure in Vintage Quilters at the Hopkinton Senior Center with her mother and friends. She enjoyed shopping, antiquing, and exploring boutiques. Most importantly, she loved time spent with her family.

In addition to her husband, Pam is survived by her brother, Richard L. Mansfield and his wife, Mary Lou of North Eastham, MA; her brother-in-law, John Bogigian and his wife, Joyce of Holliston, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 26th from 3:00-6:00 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Hopkinton, 57 Hayden Rowe St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A funeral service will be celebrated on Monday, December 27th at 10:00 a.m. at Armenian Church of Holy Translators in Framingham. Interment will be held privately at a later date.
