Town Manager Norman Khumalo and Health Director Shaun McAuliffe wish to remind Hopkinton residents over the age of 18 to complete a survey that will help the Hopkinton Health Services Department improve health-related programs and resources for residents.
The survey closes on March 23.
The anonymous survey is part of a strategic planning effort that will help the Hopkinton Health Services Department understand residents' health needs and concerns, develop programs and policies to address those needs, and promote well-being within the community.
The survey includes questions about general health concerns, services residents would like to see the Hopkinton Health Services provide and residents' demographics. This survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
