This weekend is the weekend you have been watiing for; two days without sales tax. Saturday and Sunday, August 11 and 12 is the Massachusetts Tax Holiday Weekend. All single tangible items for personal use, under $2,500, will not be subject to state tax. Purchases for business use, made by businesses or individuals will remain taxable as will cars, meals, gas and tobacco products, and any single item over the $2,500 cap.
