Town Manager Norman Khumalo is scheduled to present the comprehensive capital and operational budget at a joint meeting the Board of Selectmen, School Committee and Appropriation Committee on Tuesday, February 28. The meeting starts at 6:30pm and the budget discussion is on the agenda for 7:30pm.
