For safety reasons, the Hopkinton Emergency Management Team is urging all town residents to postpone their Halloween activities, especially trick or treating, until next Monday, November 7th.
There are numerous downed wires, trees on wires and trees blocking roadways throughout the town and it is not safe for pedestrians.
