Valentina “Tina” Cass, 88, of Hopkinton, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at Saint Patrick’s Manor in Framingham.
Born in Frodosia, Russia, she was the daughter of Lilly Pitter. She was the beloved wife of 45 years to Ralph S. Cass of Hopkinton.
Tina was a cherished member of the Ashland Lions Club. She loved being a part of the Lions, where she shared her passion for service and her commitment to the community. Her heart for helping others was truly evident in all that she did. In her younger years, Tina had a passion for making jewelry and also worked in electronics building circuit boards in Canada and America. Tina loved to travel and scuba diving. She was known for her unwavering love and care for dogs, often going out of her way to provide them with the comfort and attention they needed.
A service with the Ashland Lions will be held on Tuesday, February 25th at 4:30 p.m. at Chesmore Funeral Home of Hopkinton, 57 Hayden Rowe St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com Interment will be held in Canada at a later date.
