To start the 2016 High School fall sports season, Hopkinton High School welcomed in Deirdre King as their new Athletic Director. Deirdre referred to by many as Dee King is a former Basketball Coach at Framingham and Ashland High School. “I grew up playing sports my entire life, it’s always been a huge part of who I am.” Dee is very excited to be part of the Athletic Department in Hopkinton; “there’s a lot of pride here that already exists and I can’t wait to keep that going and grow it.” King mentioned she plans on growing the community outreach of the Hopkinton H.S. athletic programs; “we’re so lucky here in Hopkinton, we have a community that backs us on basically everything we’re doing.”
