Amanda Zuretti Named to Board of Directors for Hopkinton Center for the Arts

As the great poet and writer Audre Lorde once wrote, “It is not our differences that divide us, it is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences.” It is in that very spirit the idea of celebrating PRIDE in Hopkinton was sparked and started in 2021 by Freya Proudman and Madison Loos, former Hopkinton High School graduates.

On the May 10th edition of HCAM News at 6:30pm, the Trail Management committee hosted a trail explorers event with the help of the Hopkinton Library, contested candidates debate and the latest Hiller sports report, but first Hopkinton annual town meeting took place last week.

The Friends of the Hopkinton Seniors is seeking members to fill positions on its volunteer board of directors. The Friends hold fundraising events, the proceeds of which are used to provide support for Hopkinton’s Senior Center programs.

The board meets at the Hopkinton Senior Center, 28 Mayhew Street, Hopkinton, MA at 10:00 AM on the 4th Monday of each month except July and August.

You know Spring is officially here when the HCA's annual Arts in Bloom exhibition is on display! Now in its 18th year, this is a competitive juried art show that is a favorite for artists far and wide.

Our 125th edition of HCAM Sports Talk airs on Wed, May 10th 2023 at 5:30pm. In the episode, a recap of week 5 of the Hiller 22-23 Spring season, the Hopkinton Trail Management Committee hosted many Trail activities vendors as part of the trail explorers program plus much more!

Week 5 of the 2022-2023 Spring sports season featured victories in Girls Lacrosse, Baseball and Outdoor Track & Field.

During the week, Hiller Girls Lacrosse hosted Norton, Hiller Baseball and Softball hosted Millis, and outdoor track hosted Ashland.

A full-house of local veterans enjoyed a monthly breakfast at the Hopkinton Senior Center. A sampling of attendees in the main photo demonstrates through smiling faces, the reveling in military events which were evoked from significant military action on May 5th during the early 20th-Century.
